Autumn in Colorado

Life starts all over again, when it’s crisp in the fall.

Colorado has been on our “to do” list for a very long time. Denver, in particular, always seemed like a great place to live at.
The mix of urban charm and outdoor adventures, a downtown that is only an hour away from nature and an access to the Rocky Mountains…
If this doesn’t make you want to book your tickets right away and jump on a plane, I don’t know what will.

We visited in the beginning of November and were blessed by the weather gods. It was mid 50’s and you could get that crisp feel everywhere.

We started out trip by making our way to Denver’s Downtown for gifts and exploring. There are so many restaurants and shops on the 16th St and definitely check out Larimer Square.

At the evening we visited Meow Wolf, which was somewhat tricky to drive to, but it was even more trippy inside. A must visit experience if you’re in Denver.

The next day we took a ride to south and west areas of Denver - Roxborough Park, Willowbrook, Red Rocks and Morrison. Great opportunity to explore more of a nature areas of Denver.

The next day we decided to take a ride to Boulder. Nestled at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Boulder, Colorado, is a city renowned for its stunning natural scenery, vibrant cultural scene, and a laid-back, progressive atmosphere. Home to the University of Colorado, Boulder seamlessly blends academic energy with outdoor recreation.
We strolled through the city, saw the university, and continued to the Boulder Waterfalls. If you’re not big into hikes, but love the nature - it’s literally 5 minutes from the highway by foot. The view is amazing.

On our last day we travelled around West part of Denver - Golden, Kittredge, Evergreen, Echo Lake and Mountain. The views are amazing, but keep in mind that the elevation is rapid and might be brutal!
